How can I send you my artwork?
We can accept your artwork via any of the methods detailed below, if you have already placed your order online then please ensure that you specify your Order Number, Name & Delivery Address with any artwork sent.
Online transfer:

Use our online file transfer to send artwork directly to us. (Only suitable for files up to 75mb).
Please ensure the files are clearly labeled with your order number, customer name, and file name. e.g. (2004692-JohnDoe-businesscard-front.pdf)
To access our online file transfer, you will need a password – please contact us via the email form on the contact us page and request the password after you have placed your order.
Via e-mail
You will notice that we do not display our e-mail address anywhere on our website, this is to reduce the amount of spam that we receive. Please contact us via our online form requesting our e-mail address. You can then send your artwork to us as an e-mail attachment, this method is only recommended for files under 5-7mb. If you have already placed your order online then please ensure that you specify your order number with any artwork sent.
Why does my/your mailserver reject my e-mail?
Some mailservers reject e-mail attachments with a large file size, typically over 5-7mb, to solve this problem please reduce the file size of your attachment by using compression software such asWinZIP or WinRAR. Alternatively, please try one of the other methods mentioned.
Via a FREE online file delivery service
We can accept artwork sent via any of the FREE online file delivery services such as youSENDit. You will need our e-mail address for this method, please read the section above entitled “Via e-mail” which explains how to obtain this. If you have already placed your order online then please ensure that you specify your order number with any artwork sent.
Via post
If you experience problems with any of the above methods then you can save your file to CD/DVD and post it to us. If you have already placed your order online then please ensure that you specify your order number with any artwork sent.
